New learning space and head teacher

The kaiako in the Puāwai room have been busy working to create the best possible learning space for the Tamariki, and so we have had a bit of a switch around of classrooms.

We will now be utilising the middle classroom as our main learning space.

If you arrive prior to 8:30 am or pick up after 3:30 pm, your children will be in the middle classroom, which is through the second door from the front entrance.

We will also be welcoming the new Head Teacher of the Karepe room next week. Rakhee will be joining us full-time from Tuesday 5th of November. She will be working closely with Kitanya to create many wonderful learning opportunities for our four-year-olds.

So our lovely staff have some time off, we need to know if your child/ren will be attending during the Christmas Holidays

Please fill out the form as soon as you can. We are open throughout the two weeks but we have reduced hours, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

Please join us to celebrate the end of the year

We would like to ask each family to provide a plate for a shared dinner:

• Boys to bring something sweet and
• Girls to bring something savoury
  (reminder that we are a Nut Free centre)

Please bring a picnic blanket.

This is an out-of-centre hours event so all children will need to be accompanied by their caregivers.
