Introducing our New Childcare System
In the last couple of weeks, you will have received an email about our new system for managing your child/ren’s enrolment, attendance and payments.
To make it easier for you, please download the Xplor Home App, which looks like this:

Just log in with your email address and your unique pin number which will be found on your email, dated 25th September.
Please see Bianca if you have not received this email.
We will have a tablet in each room to sign in and out your child/ren. You will receive weekly attendance reports to review and sign off. These attendance reports are part of our MOE compliance, so must be approved each week.

Tegan has been working as a teacher for 6 years and is passionate about embedding literacy and numeracy in play.
Changes in our Karepe Room
We would like to let you know that Kitanya has accepted Marcline’s Maternity Cover in the Karepe Room.
Christmas Holidays at the Vines – Yes, we’re open
We have just had the October school holiday forms, but we need to start looking at Christmas Holidays so that we can let our lovely staff have some time off.
Please fill out the form as soon as you can, as we need to know if your child/ren will be attending. We are open throughout the two-week period but we have reduced hours, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
Upcoming events
Christmas Market Day
Save the date – Saturday 30th November 2024 for our Christmas market! We have a number of stallholders who have signed up. However, if there are more parents with side projects or crafts they want to promote or sell, please let us know.
